How I Can Help

If you've been putting this kind of work off — telling yourself you'll get to it when things settle down — I'd encourage you to consider a different approach. Understanding yourself better and building an environment that actually supports you isn't something to save for someday. It's foundational, and it changes the quality of everything else.

I work with clients one-on-one and in small groups, through individual coaching sessions and structured course series. Everything I offer draws on the same research-based method — the format just depends on where you are and what you need.

Please note: Astralis Consulting provides personal development and educational coaching. Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of mental health treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are currently working with a mental health provider, coaching may complement that work — but it does not replace it. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or crisis service.

ADHD & Neurodivergent Coaching

I specialize in working with ADHD and neurodivergent individuals — people navigating systems, environments, and expectations not designed with them in mind. My approach is grounded in ecological psychology and a deep understanding of how environments shape what feels possible. We don’t work on changing who you are. We work on understanding yourself and building around that.

This work is a strong fit for:

  • Adults with ADHD managing focus, energy, and daily life

  • Neurodivergent individuals navigating work, school, or relationships

  • People who have been told their struggles aren’t real, and are ready to stop believing that

  • Anyone carrying the extra, often invisible weight of masking, adapting, and overcompensating in environments that don’t fit.

Women’s Wellness & Personal Development

I work specifically with women who are navigating the particular challenges of moving through systems that were not designed with them in mind. This isn’t general wellness coaching. It’s work that takes seriously the real, daily weight of the expectations, invalidation, and invisible labor women carry — and builds from there.

This work is a strong fit for:

  • Women navigating personal, professional, or life transitions

  • Women doing the ongoing, often invisible work of making themselves smaller to fit spaces not built for them

  • People carrying the weight of constantly explaining themselves in spaces that were never built for them

  • Anyone ready to stop internalizing a system's limitations as personal failure

All clients complete a brief strengths assessment as part of their Initial Session, giving us a shared starting point and you a transferable framework for understanding your strengths

The Hack Your Future Course Series

My three-part course series combines one-on-one coaching with small-group sessions to teach my unique method in depth — giving you a structured, supported experience that goes further than individual sessions alone. You'll learn to apply these tools not just during the course, but throughout your life. See the Course Series page for full details and to join the waitlist.

Coming Summer 2026: a course series designed specifically for women. Spots will be limited — join the waitlist today.

Community & Schools Partnerships

I am actively developing programming specifically designed for neurodivergent high school students — a structured, curriculum-based experience that goes deeper than one-on-one coaching and is built around how ND students actually learn and thrive. I work with school districts to identify and support access to this kind of programming, including exploring funding pathways that make enrollment possible. If you work in education or local government and share this vision, I'd welcome a conversation.

Speaking, Workshops, & Organizational Consulting

I bring my research and expertise into organizations through workshops, professional development, and consulting on program design. I'm also available for speaking engagements, panels, and forums — particularly with ADHD and neurodivergent communities and organizations, women's organizations, and women's business communities where these conversations matter most. If you're building something that serves neurodivergent individuals, women, or communities that have historically been underserved, I'd love to talk about how we might work together.
